Frances Liu

Frances is the founder and creative director of Charmed Events Group.  With a background in fashion and a passion for creating, her style, artistry and personality are the perfect blend for couples and clients who are modern, trendy and of the moment.

“My purpose and passion in life is to create beautiful things and beautiful experiences. Quite simply, it’s how I love. What I love most about what we do is building a unique relationship with each of our couples and then being privy to the “behind the scenes” moments of love, happiness and complete bliss that our couples have throughout their day. Love drives me and it’s always my greatest honor to experience that with our couples and to have the privilege of creating something crazy beautiful and magical for the day that marks their beginning.”

Frances is inspired by what she sees and experiences through traveling the world and the documentation of it, exploring defining eras of history, interiors and current culture. Her passions include horseback riding, ballet, dinner parties, and her English Creme Golden Retriever, Willow. Oh, and flowers. In the words of Claude Monet, “I must always always have flowers.”
