We are located in Northern California and service events in San Francisco, Napa, Sonoma, Santa Barbara and destinations worldwide.

OUR PROCESS

We are artisans in crafting weddings and events that tell a story that only you could tell.  Event Design is the foundation of how we plan and produce our events so every level of service that we offer is inclusive of event design, production and day of management.  We are strong advocates for customization in programming and aesthetics, and we have a versatile range in design to include modern, romantic, rustic, classic, timeless elegance, whimsy and glamour.  Our work speaks for itself.  Our goal is that the journey leading up to the big day is one that is fun, stress free and full of love and anticipation of your future journey together as one.

ABOUT FRANCES

Frances is the founder, principal planner and lead designer for all of the weddings and events produced by Charmed Events Group.  With a background in fashion design and event management for large scale events, her skills, creativity and personality are the perfect blend for couples and clients who are modern, trendy and of the moment.  She is detailed obsessed and has a personal mission statement of making all things beautiful through design.  She is the ultimate modern romantic and her style, aesthetic and approach to love and weddings reflects that.  As a self professed city gal who loves country livin’, her passions include traveling the world, horseback riding, ballet and throwing dinner parties for family and friends.  She has an English Creme Golden Retriever, Willow, who is loved and adored immensely.

ABOUT EMILY

Emily is an Associate Planner and Producer for Charmed Events Group.  “All things weddings” has been her lifelong passion since she was a little girl.  She has been a part of the Charmed Events Group team since 2015.  She enjoys making each wedding personable and unique to the couple and she loves interfacing with clients and guests alike.  She is an avid foodie, Disney enthusiast, and passionate dancer. She also loves snuggling with her dog Pepper, watching cheesy romantic comedies, and planning trips around the world with friends!
